Chef De Cuisine
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have an innovative and creative approach towards food and menu
development, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine, offering a unique dining experience for our
guests, establishing our signature restaurant to the high standards of quality that already
associated with Thanos Hotels group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Develop and design menus that reflect the Mediterranean culinary tradition, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
- Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef/ Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and
- contemporary cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
