About the Role

A well-established and fast-growing regulated company in Limassol is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to strengthen its compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment within a highly regulated sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and regulatory bodies, ensuring the company remains fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
• Support AML/KYC processes, including client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management and regulators
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
• Identify compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Compliance Officer or similar compliance-related role
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory frameworks
• Experience within regulated industries (e.g. FinTech, FX, Payments, iGaming, Financial Services) will be considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
• Fluent in English (Greek is considered an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
